Job Description:-

1. Should have experience of designing basic and detailed engineering package for evaporators ,crystallisers ,Mullti effect Evaporators and related thermal equipments.
2. Should also have experience in design and engineering of primary ,secondary and tertiary treatment in water and waste waater industry.
3. Aware about Design Codes ASME Section VIII Div. 1 & 2, TEMA, API, PIP Standards
4. Should have understanding about rotating equipments like ,pumps,blowers,compressors,vacuum system
5. Make heat and mass balance
6. Prepare and Review PID,PFD,GA,Layout ,datasheets.
7. Review technical specifications to ensure compliance with customer specifications
8. Review material procurement specifications, bill of material.
9. Prepare design reports
10. Review Fabrication Drawings, Inspection & Test Plans
11. Should be conversant with latest softwares used for CAD,3 D Modelling,Process simulation,Piping,Pressure vessel design,heat exchanger design.
12. Vendor development
